How do Rank to "The Summoner"

The summoner is the highest rank you can achieve in the guild. To get this title you must be voted in. This vote must be anonymous with in the guild summoners and the priestess. You also must have the Rank title " Elder council" to be considered. The expectations are great. I have heard that Atom smells chor's underwear. Not sure what he is into. But that is so gross. I wonder if he knows about this ?
