How do Rank to "Elder Council"

You're almost there Scribe, don't give up! Having a Mentor and 50% rep are still required. Ready yourself for the these next ten things:

1) Mastery Level 250

2) Participate in 10 Successful Guild Missions

3) Recruit 15 People

4) Lead Guild Parties 5 Times: Yes your mentor MUST be in your parties, as well as a minimum of 4 other guild members (PvP and Fractals are an exception, as you can only have a party of 5). Please pick from the following: 5 PvP matches count as 1 party, WvW, Fractals, Tyria World Bosses train, Meta Events & Boss, Bounty Train (must do all bounties in at least one map), Raids, Hero Point Train (Must do all the Hero points in 1 map), Mastery Train (Must do all the Mastery points in 1 map), and Gold & Chest Farms (3 runs counts as 1 Party). If you have questions please ask you Mentor.

5) Donate 1,500 Gold

6) Donate 1,000 Linseed Oil

7) Donate 10 Boss Decorations

8 ) Donate 100 Focus Decorations

9) Donate 250 Miscellaneous Decorations: Basic decorations do NOT count

The following is a title, once you have the title; apply it to your character and show your mentor
